Can anyone suggest shoes I can wear to the office for work?

I just got chewed out for the shoes I wear(too grunge. wtf? they are heeled sandals!), but I honestly don't have any fashion sense. I know i don't want gross little old lady loafers, but most girl shoes hurt my feet because my feet are too wide. What suggestions does anyone have for a work-approriate shoe that looks good, but doesn't make my toes bleed like the last pair did.
